Our Commitment To NCCER
We take pride in addressing our industry’s workforce development needs head-on, and one of the initiatives we’re most excited about is our partnership with the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). NCCER is a nonprofit leader in skilled trade education and certifications, and its credentials are quickly becoming a standard requirement for craft employment and career advancement nationwide.
ITS is one of the few NCCER-certified testing and education facilities in our region, offering assessments for all major trades right here in our office and shop. Demonstrating our commitment to workforce excellence, we employ NCCER Master Trainers and NCCER Administrators, with assessment appointments available Monday through Friday.
ITS has numerous NCCER certified journeyman craftsman in Electrical, Field Safety, Fundamentals of Crew Leadership, Industrial Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation, Millwright, Pipefitting, Project Management, and Welding. Our ITS team members have access to educational programs and company paid assessments as part of their benefits package.
